In April 2025, GWL partnered with Cubecom Project Management and Envirotech to bring a model suite to life at 1 Adelaide Street East. The goal: deliver a standout, market-ready space with a sharp design and even sharper environmental credentials. The result? A fully furnished suite that’s sustainable, modern, and cost-effective—setting a new standard for how model suites should be done.
What Makes Our Approach Different?
Envirotech doesn’t follow the “new-only” script. Instead, we challenge the status quo with a strategic blend of new, remanufactured, and certified pre-owned furniture, reupholstered and refurbished to look and perform better than new.
This hybrid model:
